Q1: What's the difference between SIGNING IN AS A USER and LOGGING IN TO UPDATE MY AGENCY INFORMATION?

User information is completely independent of the agency listing. To clarify, signing in as a user, which prompts you for an email address (via SIGN IN/OUT, EDIT USER PROFILE, and REGISTER HERE), allows a person to search the directory. This is on a per individual basis. You can register by clicking REGISTER HERE and filling out the subsequent form. You will then be redirected to the homepage where you will see "Welcome!..." at the top, right-hand side of the page.

Updating agency listing information, which asks for an agency name, is only accessible through the AGENCY CENTER on the left-hand side of the homepage directly under the QUICK SEARCH. This is on a per agency office basis.

Q2: I cannot find the answer to my question on this page regarding my AGENCY LISTING.

If you are an agency and need additional assistance editing your agency listing, there is an agency-specific FAQ within your AGENCY CENTER.

To access the FAQ, please click UPDATE A LISTING under the AGENCY CENTER on the homepage, enter your agency name followed by password, and click the FAQ link in your AGENCY CENTER menu.

Q3: I'm experiencing a COOKIE issue.

Please make sure your browser enables cookies. If you are still experiencing difficulty, you can use a different browser and/or you'll need to clear your cache. To clear your cache, go to the Internet OPTIONS or PREFERENCES in your browser and click DELETE COOKIES and DELETE TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES, then restart your browser, although your settings for other sites will be cleared as well. If you would like to keep your cookies for other sites, please try the following alternative, then restart your browser:
  • Internet Explorer 7 (Windows)
    1. Choose Tools > Internet Options > General Tab > Settings (under Browsing history) > View files
    2. Click Search (at the top) > All files and folders
    3. Type "compile" in the "All or part of the file name" text box
    4. Delete all the files* that show up
  • Safari (MAC)
    1. Choose Edit > Preferences
    2. Click "Security"
    3. Click "Show cookies"
    4. Select one or more cookies* that are labeled in some way as "compile" and click "Remove", or click "Remove All"
    5. When you finish removing cookies, click "Done"
  • Mozilla Firefox 2 (Windows or MAC)
    1. Choose Tools > Options
    2. Click "Privacy"
    3. Click "Show cookies"
    4. Search for "compile"
    5. Highlight all the listed files* and click "Remove Cookies"
    6. When you finish removing cookies, click Close > OK
* Please note that you are removing all files that have "compile" in the name (e.g. cookie: username@compile.com).
Q4: The site will not allow me to CREATE A LISTING.

Please return to the homepage, click CREATE A LISTING, and leave the text box blank when it asks you for your agency name initially and click search; then click CREATE A LISTING again.

Q5: How do I UPDATE MY AGENCY'S LISTING INFORMATION?

To update an agency listing, click UPDATE A LISTING under AGENCY CENTER in the top left-hand corner of the homepage and follow the instructions provided. If you need password assistance, please click here.

Q6: I forgot my AGENCY PASSWORD. To have your agency password forwarded to the administrative contacts attached to your agency listing, click here. Please note that the password is case sensitive.

If you still cannot access your agency information, please make sure you are logging into your Agency Center vs. signing in as a user.

Q7: I forgot my USER PASSWORD. To have your user password forwarded to you, click here . Please note that the password is case sensitive.

If you still cannot sign in, please make sure you are signing in as a user vs. logging into your Agency Center.

Q8: When I try to CREATE A LISTING, I'm directed to an update a listing page. Please return to the homepage, click CREATE A LISTING, and leave the text box blank when it asks you for your agency name initially and click the SEARCH button. A form should be appear thereafter.
