How do I search the database?
All visitors must register as a user on the site before they can search the database. To do so, please click Register at the top-right-hand side of the homepage. Afterword, you can search the site using the agency, client or advanced search options.
Why can’t I sign in?
I do not know my login credentials.
Please click Forgot Password on the Sign-in screen and input the email address that is registered on the site. You will receive an email from us with your login credentials shortly thereafter.
If the system does not recognize your email address, you will need to register on the site before you gain access to the database.
I know my login credentials, but I am receiving a "Your credentials are invalid" message.
Please click Forgot Password on the Sign-in screen and input the email address that is registered on the site. If you are registered as a user on the site, you will receive an email from us with your login credentials shortly thereafter. You will not be prompted to reset your password.
If the system does not recognize your email address, you will need to register on the site before you gain access to the database.
I know my login credentials, but I am receiving a system error.
Given you are using the correct email and password to sign in, you probably need to restart your browser, reset your browser’s cookies, or use a different or more up-to-date browser. Please try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved.
  1. Please close your browser then sign back into Agency ComPile.
  2. Reset your browser's settings as you may be experiencing a cookie issue.
  3. Use another browser or upgrade your current one.
  4. Contact us. Please provide your operating system, browser and versions for both, and we will help you as soon as possible.
How do I change my registered email address or login credentials?
Please sign in and click Edit User Profile to update your user information.
Is there a cost associated with using the site?
Registering as a user is free. Please see Is there a cost associated with creating an agency profile? for details regarding agency profiles.
How do I add an agency profile (or a different location) to the site?
I am not registered as a user.
Please register by clicking Register at the top right-hand side of the homepage and follow the instructions provided. After your first agency profile is created, you can add additional locations by clicking Add Agency Profile at the top of the Agency Profile Manager.

Is there a cost associated with creating an agency profile?
Creating a basic agency profile is free. To do so, please see How do I add an agency profile (or a different location) to the site?.
The enhanced profile, however, is a paid membership. If you are interested in learning more about the enhanced profile, please contact us to set up a time to discuss the details.
How do I update an existing agency profile(s) on the site?
I am not registered as a user.
Please register by clicking Register at the top right-hand side of the homepage and follow the instructions provided. Afterwards, please see I am registered as a user below.

Please contact us and we will add you to your agency’s account(s). If you have multiple agency profiles, please specify to which locations you would like us to attach your user login credentials. Multiple agency profiles can be edited with a single user login; however, we recommend that each user register individually on the site.
If the user responsible for updating your agency’s profile(s) is no longer at the company, please see How do I remove a user who is no longer at our company from accessing our agency profile?.
How do I remove an agency profile from the site?
Please contact us and we will remove that profile as soon as possible. To expedite the process, please include identifying information from the profile (e.g. name, location, last updated date, new business contact).

Click Edit Agency Profile followed by Account Users, then click Delete to remove the appropriate user.
Why can’t I access the Portfolio, Awards and Leadership sections?
Basic agency profile information is available to all registered users; however, corporate marketers have exclusive viewing access to agencies’ enhanced content, such as creative portfolios, leadership and awards.
Only enhanced profile agency members can add content to their portfolio, awards or leadership sections. If you are interested in learning more about the enhanced profile, please contact us to set up a time to discuss the details.
What does the enhanced profile include?
The enhanced profile creates brand awareness for your agency and services. The upgrade allows you to showcase an unlimited amount of creative work and case studies on the site in addition to your awards and leadership team. If you are interested in learning more about the enhanced profile, please contact us to set up a time to discuss the details.
Where is the key to the abbreviations for the services listed on an agency’s Clients page?
The full name of each service is displayed when your cursor hovers over the abbreviation.
I’m experiencing a cookie issue. How do I resolve this?
Please make sure your browser enables cookies. If you are still experiencing difficulty, you can use a different browser and/or you'll need to clear your cache. To clear your cache, go to the "Internet options" or "Preferences" in your browser and click "Delete Cookies", "Delete temporary Internet files", "Clear Browsing Data", etc. then restart your browser, although your settings for other sites will be cleared as well. If you would like to keep your cookies for other sites, please try the following alternative, then restart your browser:
  • Chrome
    1. Choose either Settings > Options or Settings > Preferences
    2. Click Under the Hood > Content Settings...
    3. Next to Cookies, click "All cookies and site data..."
    4. Type "compile" in the search bar, highlight all items that are displayed and click "Remove All"
    5. When you finish removing cookies, close out (i.e. click "x") of your settings/preferences
  • Internet Explorer
    1. Choose Tools > Internet Options > General Tab > Settings (under Browsing history) > View files
    2. Click Search (at the top) > All files and folders
    3. Type "compile" in the "All or part of the file name" text box or the search bar
    4. Delete all the files* that show up
  • Mozilla Firefox
    1. Choose either Tools > Options or Options > Options
    2. Click "Privacy"
    3. Click either "Show cookies" or "remove individual cookies"
    4. Search for "compile"
    5. Highlight all the listed files* and click "Remove Cookies"
    6. When you finish removing cookies, click Close > OK
  • Safari
    1. Choose either Preferences or Edit > Preferences
    2. Click "Security"
    3. Click "Show cookies"
    4. Type "compile" in the search bar, highlight all items that are displayed and click "Remove"
    5. When you finish removing cookies, click "Done"
Please note that you are removing all files that have "compile" in the name (e.g. cookie: username@compile.com).
