trouble signing in?
Given you are using the correct email and password to log in, you are probably experiencing a cookie issue. The following is a troubleshooting guide to help you resolve the issue.
I'm experiencing a COOKIE issue.
Please make sure your browser enables cookies. If you are still experiencing difficulty, you can use a different browser and/or you'll need to clear your cache. To clear your cache, go to the Internet OPTIONS or PREFERENCES in your browser and click DELETE COOKIES and DELETE TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES, then restart your browser, although your settings for other sites will be cleared as well. If you would like to keep your cookies for other sites, please try the following alternative, then restart your browser:
Internet Explorer 7 (Windows)
- Choose Tools > Internet Options > General Tab > Settings (under Browsing history) > View files.
- Click Search (at the top) > All files and folders.
- Type "compile" in the "All or part of the file name" text box.
- Delete all the files* that show up.
Safari (MAC)
- Choose Edit > Preferences.
- Click "Security".
- Click "Show cookies".
- Select one or more cookies* that are labeled in some way as "compile" and click "Remove", or click "Remove All".
- When you finish removing cookies, click "Done".
Mozilla Firefox 2 (Windows or MAC)
- Choose Tools > Options
- Click "Privacy".
- Click "Show cookies".
- Search for "compile".
- Highlight all the listed files* and click "Remove Cookies".
- When you finish removing cookies, click Close > OK.
* Please note that you are removing all files that have "compile" in the name (e.g. cookie:username@compile.com).
