When COVID-19 took away their school play, Cox used technology so they could perform together again.


Socially distanced learning took away the extracurricular activities that facilitate important connections for kids. In response, Cox helped the drama students at Thurman White Middle School put on their school play in a new way - using technology. These young actors voiced their characters in an animated short film and state-of-the-art technology tracked their movements to put their real acting into the film. Cox gave these kids a new way to come together through a shared passion during an isolating time.
