Early in the pandemic, our new lockdown lives left us in a scary and unfamiliar place. AT&T had the remedy, a smiling and familiar face to bring some comfort in uncomfortable times. We brought back America’s favorite customer service rep—Lily. Through an integrated campaign that included online video, social and display, we were able to make our customers feel more at ease. We were also able to produce highly engaging, live-action, interactive video when everyone else was still using stock footage of empty streets and store shelves.
