Recruiters have historically leaned on their offices, high schools, and events for prospecting and recruiting efforts. Due to COVID-19, however, all Army Recruiters had to work from home just like the rest of us, forcing the government to make some rapid shifts in the way it works.
Critical Mass was tasked with ensuring the GoArmy.com website redirected all localized recruiting efforts and shifted them to new features such as Live Chat or the National Call Center. We implemented a new Live Chat tool for prospects and influencers to be able to engage realtime with Army Veterans, while getting the answers they were seeking about careers, benefits, or general information. The website also needed to keep prospects up-to-date on options for joining, as well as how the Army was handling the virus for soldiers new or old.
