NYU Langone Health wanted a campaign that focused on quality in a marketplace where quality is table stakes. We challenged them to uncover what separated them from the other great healthcare institutions New York City offers - the answer... their culture. And it’s this culture that drives the exceptional things they do, yields the best outcomes, top accolades and ultimately puts them in a category of one.

The campaign shows patients why culture matters when choosing a hospital and how NYU Langone’s culture of excellence in patient care, research and education drives the best outcomes. Shot on location across Manhattan, Long Island, and Brooklyn, the 360-campaign is a uniquely immersive hyper-sensory style across film, radio, social, out of home and print – with assets working together to communicate three true brand stories.  The campaign launched in December 2021 and is already performing above digital and social benchmarks.
