In order to drive organic growth and enable deeper engagement among clients, advisors, and the entire company at large, UBS needed to completely transform their digital wealth management experience.
We took an integrated and collaborative approach to designing the experience and defining the technology strategy. We designed experiences for priority user journeys in parallel rather than sequentially, structured design and technology teams to iterate rapidly together, co-located our teams, and set up a daily collaboration model. We worked in tandem with UBS to create an aligned vision and ambition, prototype visualizations, assess technology gaps and needs, align conceptual solution architecture, define a fully articulated MVP, and develop a future state strategic roadmap. Our final product was executed against our roadmap in a Digital Factory model, delivering an MVP to market in record time.
