How do we introduce the topic of childhood hunger and food insecurity in the community to a mom on a mission to buy groceries for her own family? We attracted shoppers to a “sampling station” in-store, only to reveal that there was no food in the cup--just a powerful message about hunger. We captured their surprise on video, then provided them with multiple ways to help.
