A high-impact direct mail letter and brochure kit offered information on the program. It was followed several months later by a roll-fold self-mailer spotlighting Virgin Atlantic’s Flying Club Miles partnership. The third and final touch included another direct mail letter and brochure kit that included actual postcards fromAustralia—each one a functional piece of art that could be kept or shared. The campaign not only resonated and inspired but, as the results show, drove engagement.
