In the summer of 2021, Texas had one of the highest rates of Covid-19 cases in the country yet less than 44% of our residents were vaccinated. With the delta variant on the rise and 99.5% of hospitalized COVID-19 patients dying, Baylor Scott & White Health needed help inspiring Texans to get the shot. Research showed us the best way to reach the unvaccinated was through their vaccinated friends and family. So we created three films featuring families who lost loved ones all leading to a website with tips and videos to help start the conversation.
