Planet Nutshell makes short and memorable animated videos called Nutshells. Our mission is to impart the value and purpose of technologies and ideas through the power of storytelling. Our stories impart not just the "how" but more importantly, the "why".

We’ve been making Nutshells since 2007 for some of the biggest tech companies in the world – such as Google, Microsoft, and Amazon.com – as well as some of the most promising startups. The studio is located in the thriving intellectual and technology center of Cambridge, Massachusetts.
