We helped Right at Home develop a centrally coordinated, national marketing program that required an addendum to their existing franchisee contracts. The inclusive, two-year process included creating an ad hoc, Franchisee Brand Council, conducting extensive market research, developing a strategic marketing position that they could own and executing that position through a new advertising campaign that was extensively tested before being rolled out in digital and traditional media.
