This practice provides Clients with the opportunity to balance both branding and response goals, maximize budgets through cost saving buying strategies, campaign optimization in real time, and database development including sales/response history and consumer insights. Karen has held leadership positions at some of the most prestigious agencies in the industry (1981-2005) (i.e., McCann Relationship Marketing, Y&R/Wunderman, Ammirati Puris Lintas), where she was instrumental in building not only the capabilities but the teams that ran the businesses. Her focus at all of her positions was her Clients and delivering cutting edge relevant and accountable media programs. She has worked across almost every category; Insurance, Technology, Nutraceuticals, Healthcare, Travel to name a few.

Maya started her career at Ogilvy & Mather Direct/OgilvyOne where she worked across multiple accounts including IBM Worldwide, AT&T and Jaguar.

    EVP, Broadcast Director

    Shelley has over 30 years of experience in Direct and Brand Response Broadcast buying across National Cable, Local Spot and Local Cable, Network, Syndication, Radio and Hispanic. She oversees and manages the broadcast team and all broadcast accounts at TouchPoint. She ensures the integrity of the buys are sound to reach all outlined goals. She leverages her long-term relationships with sales teams and vendors for aggressive rate negotiations and “first call” for opportunistic & fire sale inventory. Shelley has also been a leader, successfully integrating addressable TV, unwired, VOD and OTT to TouchPoint’s Client base. Prior to joining TouchPoint in 2007, Shelley was a Group Buying Director at Wunderman Media/Group M from 1987-2007. Her account experience is deep and diverse: Progressive Auto Insurance, Netflix, Weight Watchers, Brinks Home Security, as some examples.

    Bill is the Director of TouchPoint’s SEM capability. Prior to joining TouchPoint, Bill has over 15 years of Search Marketing experience at two highly regarded agencies, Marchex and Digitas. Bill is extremely detail oriented and has significant experience with building out profitable, robust search campaigns based on our Client’s goals. Bill spearheads all of TIC’s Client’s search campaigns and achieves noticeable improvements in results and efficiencies via strategic reorganization and purposeful optimization.
