Though somewhat new to the American consumer, Bibigo is in fact a global lifestyle company that prides itself on modernizing classic Korean flavors for a new generation of tastemakers. Bibigo makes the sought-after tastes of Korean cuisine easily accessible with popular dishes that can be found in most major grocery chains. Though sales of its frozen foods were increasing, awareness for Bibigo and Mandu (Bibigo’s frozen dumpling product) remained low. The brand had aggressive growth goals of achieving $1 billion in sales by 2025. Despite the production and commerce challenges brought on by COVID-19, our omnichannel campaign exceeded all expectations—driving significant business impact, increasing consumer engagement, and driving trial among our target consumer.
