Citi needed a creative messaging strategy and marketing support for the launch of its new Flex Plan and Flex Pay suite of products.
We began with Flex Loan, where we first identified several positioning angles for the product to test within the online banking environment — including mobile ads, sign-on interstitials and service alerts. Later we developed a unique self-mailer as part of ongoing marketing efforts for the product. We continued our work with creative strategy for the Flex Pay product, developing direct mail and emails in support of the launch.
Initial response to the product was positive and it remains in the Citi product line up supported by internal marketing teams. Our engagement with Citi continues as we support multiple teams with digital marketing efforts.
