Stratos is the final residential offering in Snowmass Base Village. This project is the culmination of more than eight years of innovative design and sustainable construction by East West Partners, in collaboration with Aspen Skiing Company and KSL Capital Partners. Sales of these 89 luxury residences began in January 2025 with remarkable success. Cultivator was enlisted to create a campaign that captured the sites and sounds of Snowmass. The music inspired campaign was centered on classing album covers with a uniquely Snowmass twist. The albums were the foundation of the collateral system, sales center experience, event activations and advertising materials.
