    Jon Dupuis

    CEO, dentsu Creative, Americas

    Jon Dupuis has over 20 years of experience working at large, global agencies like McCann Erickson to his own independent agency. A decade ago, Jon joined Digitas to help lead the American Express business. For nearly seven years, Jon oversaw all digital communications across brand, loyalty, and acquisition for Amex. In 2017, Jon decided to join the Havas network as Chief Performance Marketing Officer to help blend P&Ls across media and creative, but his heart still belonged to American Express, so when the opportunity to join dentsuMB as the Amex Global Lead opened up, he jumped at the chance to join, and he has been leading the business ever since. In October 2019, Jon was appointed to Global President, focused on building and strengthening dentsuMB’s offerings in key markets. In September 2020, Jon added the appointment of CEO of the dentsu Creative Service Line across the Americas, focused on uniting the creative community and bringing the superpowers from across the region together into a more unified offering. And in doing so, be able to provide a more surround-sound approach to solving our clients’ marketing challenges.

    Abbey Klaassen

    President, dentsu Creative, East

    Abbey Klaassen is the President of Business Leadership at dentsu Creative across the East Region, from Boston to New York to Atlanta. In this role, she oversees a client portfolio that spans large global enterprises to smaller startup brands, and sits on the dentsu Creative ExCo where she drives the vision and output of dentsu’s creative offering. Previously she was the New York President of the dentsu agency 360i, responsible for growth and culture, helping clients use creativity to capitalize on change. Abbey joined the agency world after 13 years in journalism, including five years as the editor of Advertising Age, which earned multiple awards for business journalism excellence under her leadership. Abbey is heavily involved in driving equity and the future of advertising and marketing as Vice Chair of the 4A’s Board of Directors and member of the Board of Directors of New York Women in Communications Inc. She is also a 2018 inductee into the American Advertising Federation’s prestigious Advertising Hall of Achievement. Originally from a small town in Minnesota, she studied Journalism and Economics at Drake University in Iowa. (Go Bulldogs!)

    Laurel Flatt, President of dentsu Creative West, fine-tuned her skills during a 10-year stint at Fallon Minneapolis, working with such clients as EDS, Nikon, and Citi. With a resume boasting Effies, an Emmy, a Cannes Lion, and Adweek’s Campaign of the Year, Laurel joined dentsuMB to run the Disney account in 2009, bringing a potent mix of experience and talent, and a die-hard commitment to her clients. She became President in 2015 and was awarded Chicago's Advertising Woman of the Year by the Chicago Advertising Federation in 2017.   In 2020, she was made President of dentsu Creative West and oversees the regional needs for dentsu’s portfolio of creative brands.

    Menno Kluin has a proven track record of creative success that includes hundreds of industry accolades. Prior to becoming Chief Creative Officer for dentsu Creative in the US, he spent 3 years as CCO of 360i, where his creative leadership transformed perceptions around the type of work the agency produced which resulted in 360i’s most-awarded creative output to date. Drawing on his background in design, Menno places a priority on creative that’s rooted in traditional design principles and craft but produced with an open mindset. The breadth and consistency of his award-winning work spans a range of clients, industries, and media formats. Menno’s career has included work with agencies like Deutsch, DDB, Y&R and Saatchi & Saatchi.

    Jamie Shuttleworth

    Chief Strategy Officer, dentsu Creative, Americas

    Jamie Shuttleworth currently leads the integrated strategy practice for dentsu Creative in the Americas. He’s responsible for the stewardship of iconic agency brands that include dentsuMB, 360i, Isobar, Mitchell PR, MKTG, Character, Firstborn and M8. A believer in the power of diversity to fuel creativity, he has put together a group of over 100 strategists to take on a wide array of client needs that range from brand strategy, business consulting, cultural fluency, communications strategy, social & influencer strategy, digital experience strategy, analytics & research, and innovation. In his current role, he is building a next-generation strategy offering that helps clients access the right kind of leadership thinking at the right moment in their business evolution to drive growth. He serves on the agency leadership team as well where he and his colleagues are tirelessly reinventing what it means and what it takes to be successful in this business and for their clients.  He believes that both can be achieved.  Over the course of his career, Jamie has had the privilege to work across numerous business verticals and iconic clients such as Gatorade, Quaker, Kraft Heinz, Taco Bell, KFC, Ford Motor Company, John Deere, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Hallmark, SC Johnson, Boeing, Dow, Mattel, MolsonCoors, Brown Forman, Sharpie, and the beloved Chicago Cubs.

    Jennifer Hohman

    Chief Growth Officer, dentsu Creative, Americas

    Jen is an innovative Chief Executive with over 20 years of experience driving agency growth through both new business and client relationships. Having worked in holding company networks, Jen has a proven ability to successfully drive new business across creative, media, digital, and CRM agencies. Jen serves as an integrator to ensure clients get the capabilities needed to accomplish their growth goals. Beyond new business, Jen also has deep experience in public relations, integrated marketing, CRM, and content creation. Prior to joining dentsu, Jen served as the Global Chief Marketing Officer for IPG’s creative network, FCB. In addition to FCB, Jen previously served as head of growth for other IPG agencies including Mediabrands, UM, and McCann Worldgroup/ MRM for more than a decade. During her tenure, she brought in high profile accounts including Applebee’s, BMW, Charles Schwab, Chrysler, Dyson, ExxonMobil, GSK Flonase and Smokers Health and the US Army to name a few. Prior to helping agencies attract new business, Jen served as an EVP, Global Account Director for WPP’s Ogilvy, having led global business for top clients including IBM and SAP.
