Chief Executive OfficerIn his role as CEO, Jay is responsible for growing Ansira’s business, building the company’s client roster, and adding new talent and capabilities to an existing team of marketing consultants and practitioners who are passionate about achieving exceptional client results. Jay most recently served as vice president of global partners at Adobe, where he was responsible for doubling the size of the partner ecosystem and integrating Marketo and Magento into Adobe’s partner program. Before joining Adobe, he was a managing director at Accenture Interactive and, before that, president of Acquity Group. While at Acquity Group, Jay expanded its service offerings and launched the company into new markets, ultimately leading to its sale to Accenture in 2013. He was also an integral part of the leadership team for Acquity Group’s initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange. Jay has a bachelor’s degree in economics and computer applications from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Northwestern University. An avid music fan, he lives in Chicago with his wife and four kids, who share his passion for exploring new travel destinations.
Chief Information OfficerAs the CIO of Ansira, Stacie has overall responsibility for all things Enterprise IT including IT Operations, Data Center and Cloud Infrastructure, End-User Support, Cybersecurity, Risk and Compliance Management, as well as business applications across Ansira, including the Sincro business unit. Stacie brings to Ansira over 20 years of experience in IT delivering high quality projects and support, team leadership bridging organizational differences, ERP/EBS and SAAS software implementations, business process engineering that improved the bottom line and drove strategy. She has managed IT departments at a multitude of companies like Vertafore (an SAAS company specializing in the Insurance industry), Starbucks and AT&T, just to name a few. Stacie played both soccer and softball for Regis University where she earned Bachelor of Science degrees in both Math and Finance. An active member of the community, Stacie coached all three of her children in multiple sports for over 15 years. With her youngest about to graduate, she is now looking forward to some time to travel.
President, SincroAs the President of Sincro, an Ansira business unit, Jen leads an expert team that builds technology and delivers agency services and insights to help clients win in their local markets. She has focused the team on delivering results to auto dealers: predictability and profitability through a modern virtual storefront, messaging to the right customers through coordinated marketing campaigns, and using data to drive actions and the next best investments. Jen has spent the last 20 years leading technology and marketing service innovation for all tiers of the automotive industry and prior to joining Ansira was Senior Vice President Digital at CDK Global. Jen spent her early career working in psychology and education, experiences that have served her well as she evolved into building and supporting large global teams. She holds a B.S. in psychology from Colgate University and an M.S. in psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. Jen lives in Seattle with her husband and two kids, where they enjoy the area's abundant opportunities for outdoor adventures.
Kelly Jo Sands
Chief Delivery & Innovation OfficerKelly Jo is passionate about bridging the gap between customer experience strategy and the technology needed to bring it to life. She has proven success in leading Ansira’s clients across customer-relationship management (CRM), database development, and martech integrations. In her current role, Kelly Jo leads Ansira's delivery services teams and the evolution of client-centric solutions across the company's Digital and Channel business units. Kelly Jo has consulted with many of the world’s leading brands. Before joining Ansira, she worked at Javelin/Enterprise Spectrum (an Omnicom company) and avVenta Worldwide (now Accenture Interactive), among others. She received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a graduate certificate in business analytics from Southern Methodist University. When she’s not at Ansira, the mom of three young boys and avid scrapbooker can most likely be found with an ice pack or working with a pair of scissors.
EVP, Ansira Channel & CMOAndy plays a pivotal role in Ansira’s growth and success, leading the Ansira Channel and marketing team devoted to strengthening and refining clients’ channel offerings that improve local customer experiences and create efficiencies between brands and their partners. He has spent the last 19 years helping clients — especially those operating within a distributed sales model — identify, engage, and retain customers. His experience stretches across industries, including automotive, consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, hospitality, and technology. Previously, Andy was associated with Coolfire Interactive (a WPP Digital company) and Maritz. He has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Miami University in Ohio and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. In his free time, Andy enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and playing the occasional tennis game.
Chief People and Culture OfficerCindy is responsible for developing and implementing Ansira’s talent and organizational strategies. In other words, she’s focused on making Ansira an awesome place to work, so we can attract marketing technology and services professionals who are passionate about driving results for our clients. Cindy has more than 20 years of experience at technology companies, including Sabre Corporation and Nortel. She has led teams focused on talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and cultural transformation initiatives. Cindy received a Bachelor of Business Administration in human resources management and organizational behavior from the University of North Texas. She loves to run, hike, read, and hang out with her kids.
