Chris has led high-profile creative initiatives for major retail brands such as P&G, MillerCoors, Conagra, McDonald’s, Samsung, Frito-Lay and Mike’s Hard Lemonade, and has overseen past AOR in-store creative for Walmart.

As CEO, she is charged with expanding Arc’s client base (Coke, Intel, TracFone, P&G, etc.), bolstering our leading position in the retail-activation marketplace and enhancing connectivity within Publicis Groupe. Previously, Soche led Team Unilever Shopper, a 200-person, 10-location team charged with growing Unilever’s brands at leading retailers and e-tailers like Walmart, Amazon, CVS and more.
