Today, she leads shopper-marketing strategy and a team of 24 strategists across a portfolio of clients that demand both creative excellence and significant business results.
Chief Creative OfficerChris combines the best of creativity with the speed of retail. He has dedicated his entire career around crafting immersive marketing solutions that build brands and drive action. Chris has led high-profile creative initiatives for major retail brands such as P&G, MillerCoors, Conagra, McDonald’s, Samsung, Frito-Lay and Mike’s Hard Lemonade, and has overseen past AOR in-store creative for Walmart.
Chief Executive OfficerSoche brings to Arc one of the smartest minds in the retail-activation space, from both strategic planning and business leadership perspectives. As CEO, she is charged with expanding Arc’s client base (Coke, Intel, TracFone, P&G, etc.), bolstering our leading position in the retail-activation marketplace and enhancing connectivity within Publicis Groupe. Previously, Soche led Team Unilever Shopper, a 200-person, 10-location team charged with growing Unilever’s brands at leading retailers and e-tailers like Walmart, Amazon, CVS and more.
