Chris Do
Founder & CEO
Chris Do is an Emmy award winning designer, founder and CEO of Blind, Inc., where he oversees the creative and strategic direction of the company. Mr. Do currently serves on the board and is an advisor for organizations including: AIGA/LA, Emmys Motion & Title Design Peer Group, Otis Board of Governors, Saleshood, Santa Monica College and Woodbury University. He received his BFA from Art Center College of Design in Graphics/Packaging, where he has taught Sequential Design for over a decade. He’s lectured at: California Institute of the Arts, LA Art Institute, Siggraph, Otis College of Design, MGLA, Cal State Los Angeles/Northridge and San Diego City College. Prior to forming Blind, Mr. Do worked at Cole & Weber, Seattle as an Art Director, Epitaph Records as a designer and freelance designer at broadcast design firm, Novocom and R/GA LA under Kyle Cooper on main titles such as The Island of Dr. Moreau, Celtic Pride and Eraser. -
Ben Burns
Director
Ben Burns is a brand strategist, an award-winning designer, and an expert in user experience. As the Digital Director of Blind, he oversees the intersection of design and technology in all client work. Prior to joining the team at Blind, Ben founded Burnt Creative, a brand experience agency in Richmond, Virginia. He also served on the executive board of the Richmond AIGA chapter as Vice President. He received his BA in Media Arts with a focus on New Media from the University of South Carolina and a Masters Certificate in Cyber Security from Armstrong Atlantic University. Since then, Ben has enjoyed working with brands like DreamWorks, Paramount Pictures, AMC, TBS, (Olympic) Team USA, Laika, and Hyatt among several exciting startups. Ben is a veteran, serving five years in the Army National Guard, earning the rank of Sergeant. In a brief intermission from the creative sphere, he also spent a few years chasing drug dealers as a decorated Narcotics Agent with a multi-jurisdictional narcotics agency. -
Scott Rothstein
Executive Producer
Born and raised in NY, Scott spent his early years in LA freelancing at various production studios before finding a home at Blind. Originally joining the Blind team as an Associate Producer, he’s grown within the company and now serves as the Executive Producer/Head of Production. Over the years Scott has worked with high profiled clients and agencies such as Microsoft, ESPN, Saatchi and Saatchi, Google, Coldplay, Deutsch, Sony, NFL Network, Honda, McGarryBowen, Dunkin Donuts, E!, Grey, Sears, BBDO, NatGeo, Toyota, Ericsson, and Bank of America. Scott also serves as the captain of the Blind Bocce Ball team. -
Matthew Encina
Creative Director
Matthew Encina is an award-winning creative director of branding, interactive experiences, and video content for Fortune 500 brands, music artists, and video games. For over 10 years he has been working on top-tier campaigns at LA’s premier design studios and agencies. Coming from a background in design from Art Center, Matthew currently lead teams of artists as a creative director at Blind. From proposal to project delivery, he's involved in every step to ensure creative vision and execution is aligned with his clients' goals, and their customers' needs. Matthew's work has been featured in Fast Company, Inc., Rolling Stone, Creativity, The Wall Street Journal, MTV, and in film & design festivals around the world. He's spoken at international events, including TEDxCSULB. Some career highlights include his 3 time Webby Award winning interactive music video “Ink” for Coldplay, and the CLIO award winning “Jump Ahead” film for Xbox. -
Greg Gunn
Creative Director
Greg Gunn is an American director and content creator working in sunny Santa Monica, CA. He co-founded multidisciplinary studio Three Legged Legs, develops original content for television networks like Nickelodean and Disney XD and has a penchant for animating mythical creatures (see Mythical Mondays.) Greg has amassed a diverse body of work ranging from cel animated characters, live action zombie puppets and photorealistic CG. He’s proven to be an expert at finding ways to pull off just about anything. His work has screened at several international festivals (OneDotZero, BUG, Pictoplasma, Flux) and been featured in many important online publications (Motionographer, Vimeo Staff Pick) – yet he remains humble, refusing to brag.
