Shari Day
President / CEO
Shari Day joined bohan in 2010 and was named President and CEO in 2015. Her 30 years of experience includes a strong background in the retail, healthcare, tourism and marine industries. Shari leads the day-to-day account operations of our award-winning agency working closely with the senior leadership team to provide oversight of our varied client roster. This illustrates another uniqueness to our agency, in that our President and CEO plays a critical part not only in the agency, but within our accounts. In 2016, Shari led the creation of bohan’s Ad Women for All Women (“AWFAW”), a new initiative addressing the lack of women of color and women in leadership in the advertising and marketing fields. The AWFAW program is designed to introduce advertising and marketing fields to the next generation of women. The program is an outgrowth of the agency’s organizational structure of core bands that handle individual clients, as well as greater agency initiatives. AWFAW is designed to be replicated, enabling additional markets to amplify awareness for greater industry diversity through their own AWFAW efforts. -
Brian Gilpatrick

Brian Gilpatrick joined bohan in 1994, bringing with him direct experience in marketing research and a constant desire to ask “why?” His keen interest in research, analysis and strategy has benefited a variety of clients over the years, including those in the tourism, healthcare, restaurant, nonprofit and retail industries. Whether as an account manager or a strategist, Brian has helped develop and manage key relationships, as well as guide teams to find the strategic insights needed for effective communications programs. Brian helps clients drill down to the very essence of their business needs. His analytical mind and perceptive examination of all aspects of a client’s business transcend marketing alone. Clients quickly learn that his background in research and his desire to see the whole picture put them on track to addressing whatever challenge is at hand. -
Farley Day
Managing Partner
Farley Day has more than two decades of experience in the marketing world, and he has developed a passion for customer engagement with a clear message and the motivation to act upon it. Farley’s career spans work from Los Angeles to Nashville and cities in between along with a full range of clients, from start-up companies to established national retail brands. He currently calls on this background to lead Dollar General, bohan’s national retail client. In addition to the marketing insights that he brings to clients, Farley has a proven track record in identifying new markets as well. For example, he was the first to see the potential for marketing night vision goggles, which were primarily manufactured for military use, to outdoor enthusiasts, especially boaters. -

Jon Arnold is responsible for crafting and directing award-winning, results driven work for healthcare, tourism, restaurants and retail clients, to name a few. Jon has been selected by the Nashville Advertising Federation as its Art Director of the Year, and his work has been featured in Communication Arts, Graphis, Athena, The Drum, Print and Archive magazines.
