Joining the Lottery Winners Club is a pretty big deal. The launch of the Winners Club campaign helped drive the North Carolina Education Lottery to lead the country in scratch-off growth in 2022. For the campaign's sophomore effort, Cactus brought back some familiar faces and introduced a few new characters to celebrate the new winners being created across the state.
