Humanity is a very important value at our agency. It applies to how we work with each other and with our clients.
But more importantly, it applies to how our work engages the public. We believe that the most effective campaigns communicate in very human terms.
They form emotional connections. (When was the last time you formed a rational bond with someone?) Emotions are what make us human: joy, fear, anticipation, anger, pride. So it only seems logical that the most effective campaigns will provoke emotional reactions.
The best campaigns also play by the rules of any other good conversation; they're honest, intelligent and interesting.
These are simple principles, but it's amazing how few companies are capable of following them.
