Paul has been the architect of industry-leading, progressive production departments dating back to the early 2000’s. He founded the integrated production department for Crispin Porter + Bogusky. The agency when on to win digital agency of the year several times. He would go on to build integrated production departments for 180 LA, and McCann, NY. Paul’s expertise includes: His work has won Cannes, Gold, Cyber, Titanium, and Grand Prix; One Show Gold, Webby’s People’s Voice and more. Paul combines a wealth of experience with pioneering rigor in identifying and implementing best practices in a rapidly evolving production landscape. -
Ashley Richardson-George
Partner & Chief Content Officer
As Partner & CCO at Circus Maximus, Ashley Richardson-George handles social strategy and content creation, tracking and analytics and, along with senior management, new business development. Ashley brings over eight years of experience in entertainment marketing to the agency. Before joining Circus Maximus, she served as Senior Director of Social Media at digital entertainment marketing agency Brigade Marketing, where she oversaw the strategy, community management and creative work for some of the largest entertainment properties in the world. During her tenure with the company, she helped grow Brigade Marketing from a small upstart agency to a leader in the film and television industry. Some of her most notable campaigns include Get Out, The Shape of Water, Call Me by Your Name, and Girls Trip. Prior to this, Ashley was a media scheduler for MSNBC. In this role, she was integral in the development of the Lean Forward campaign, which led to the expansion and employment of tracking different tent pole shows, developing strategy, and helping incorporate social media into live events for the network. Throughout her career, Ashley has won a Clio Key Art Award, multiple Shorty Awards, and has been featured in publications like Adweek and Advertising Age for her work across multiple effective social media campaigns.
