Advertising in 2030 - Expert predictions on the future of advertising
Essence, part of GroupM, is a global data and measurement-driven agency asked over fifty CMOs and brand-side marketers, agency, network, platform, and adtech executives, as well as marketing academics, to revisit the original report’s predictions of the next decade after the turbulence of 2020. Experts believed that eight scenarios have been made more likely to occur by 2030, including increased use of biometric data, more time spent in virtual environments, trends towards subscription services, personalization, and micropayments.

Campaign honors Essence in Media Agency of the Year awards
Campaign US has named Essence as an Agency of the Year for the second year running. Essence received the Bronze trophy in the Media Agency of the Year category at the publication's 2020 Agency of the Year awards, which were announced in a virtual ceremony on February 18, 2021.

Olá Brasil. Essence expands in Latin America in partnership with Blinks
WPP today announced the creation of Blinks Essence, a partnership in Brazil between Blinks, a digital media agency, and Essence, a global leader in data-driven marketing and innovation. Both part of WPP, the two agencies will operate together in Brazil under the leadership of Denise Porto Hruby.
