    Tait Wardlaw has spent more than 25 years building brands, managing marketing departments, motivating audiences, and increasing profitability in the outdoor, hospitality and destination marketing industries. Prior to joining Genome, Tait held numerous senior executive and band management roles including Rossignol, Dynastar, Lange, Nordica and Chugach Powder Guides. Over that time, Tait helped launch or turnaround many of those businesses, establishing a track-record of growing brand engagement, increasing consumer demand and improving profitability. At the Rossignol Group, Tait crafted a product-focused marketing strategy and participated in the execution of that strategy for six brands and divisions (Rossignol Alpine, Nordic, Snowboard, Dynastar, Lange, Look) that brought greater product demand and sales to each. At Chugach Powder Guides, a destination heli-skiing operator in Girdwood, Alaska, Tait implemented brand and marketing strategies, generating significant increase in consumer awareness of this unique resort experience and increasing profitability at the same time. Tait has also held lead marketing roles in several other outdoor and hospitality business as well as two successful start-ups.

    For over 15 years, Matt has been immersed in the convergence of digital media, entertainment, and brand. Before starting Genome, he was the EVP / GM of the digital agency startup HYFN that grew to over 55 people and was acquired by LIN Media (NYSE: LIN), a broadcast television company. In his role at HYFN Matt was responsible for overseeing business development, operations, and client services and worked directly with clients including Google, Microsoft, Intuit, Levi’s, Pepsi, and many others. While at HYFN the company was the receipient of numerous awards including, the 2012 OMMA Award for Best B2B initiative (Google Gomo), the 2012 Golden Tweet Award (Wendy's), and the 2012 Promo Award (Olympus Pen Ready Campaign). Prior to joining HYFN Matt was the head of digital for Disney Music Group where he was responsible for the digital business and content deals for Hollywood Records, Lyric Street Records and Walt Disney Records. The roster of these labels include such artists as: The Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus, Rascal Flatts, Breaking Benjamin, Plain White T’s, and Selena Gomez, in addition to the franchise properties such as: Tron, High School Musical, Cars, The Chronicles of Narnia, Hannah Montana, Alice in Wonderland and many others. While at Disney Matt also co-produced "Everybody Wants to Be a Cat: Disney Jazz, Vol 1" a collection of Disney standards re-imagined by jazz artists including Grammy award-winning Esperanza Spaulding, Gil Goldstein, Dave Brubeck, Joshua Redman, the Bad Plus, Regina Carter, Gilad Hekselman and many others. Matt is a voting member of the Grammy's and the CMA's. He is also an active speaker, company advisor, and product development consultant. Matt also owns and operates a restaurant in Los Angeles, CA.

    Nate Herr spent more than 20 years establishing, protecting, and building the brands of some of the most iconic and popular recording artists, franchises, and record labels in entertainment. Prior to joining Genome as EVP Marketing/GM, Nate was the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Universal Music Enterprises (UMe), a division of Universal Music Group (UMG), the centralized $750M US catalog and special markets entity with the largest portfolio of recording artists in the world – The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Motown, Bob Marley, Frank Sinatra, U2, Maroon 5, and thousands more. Working closely in concert with all of UMG’s record labels in 77 international territories, UMe releases new recordings from heritage artists, with an emphasis on innovation, new technology, digital media, strategic marketing, and branding initiatives. Nate was responsible for marketing, digital marketing & media, business development, creative services, public relations, and promotions, with partnerships ranging from CBS, FOX, and Universal Pictures to AARP, iTunes, Facebook, Vevo/YouTube, Google, Spotify, and Milyoni. Prior to this, Nate spent ten years as the General Manager at Verve Music Group, where he was responsible for the day-to-day operation of one of music’s legendary label brands, preserving its rich jazz history and building its legacy as the home to some of today’s top adult contemporary artists. Having begun his career at Island Records, he has held multiple positions in A&R and marketing.
