Karen Kaplan
Chair & CEO
Karen Kaplan joined Hill Holliday as a receptionist, hoping to save enough money for law school. Four decades later, she’s had just about every job there is to have at an agency, gaining valuable insight into how to approach each business challenge with a fresh perspective. A key player in Hill Holliday’s significant growth as a national powerhouse, Karen is now Chair & CEO overseeing the network of three agency brands: Hill Holliday, EP+Co, and Trilia Media. With an executive team composed of over half women, Karen is also one of the few female agency chairmen in the country. Honored by Business Insider, Campaign US, and Ad Age as one of the most influential women in advertising, she’s helped the agency develop a proven ability to help brands fight a daily share battle in the noisiest categories. The proof lies in the success of brands such as Bank of America, Johnson & Johnson, and Dunkin’ Donuts. Karen has been a contributor to and featured in numerous publications, including Ad Age, Adweek, Forbes, Fortune, and Inc. She serves on the Boards of Trustees of Brigham Health, the Ad Council, and several other civic and professional organizations, and is a Trustee of Fidelity Investments’ Strategic Advisers Funds. -
Chris Wallrapp

Since coming to Hill Holliday in 2010, Chris has helped spearhead the agency’s growth to over $1 billion in billings through notable new-business wins like Planet Fitness, Tempur Sealy International, LG Home Appliances USA, Robert Half, and global rebranding assignments from Bank of America. Prior to that he was the CMO at Modernista!, in charge of such iconic brands as Cadillac, (RED), TIAA-CREF, and Palm. Chris’ extensive résumé also includes influential roles at Fallon Worldwide, Carmichael Lynch, and GSD&M, where he’s overseen award-winning, multichannel initiatives in categories ranging from automotive, liquor, and sports/athletic apparel to packaged goods, technology, and telecommunications. Chris was featured in Ad Age’s 40 under 40. -
Scott Feyler
Chief Financial Officer
Scott Feyler serves as the Chief Financial Officer, with over 20 years of experience in the industry pertaining to finance and operations. Before joining Hill Holliday in 2018, Scott most recently served as Managing Partner, Chief Financial Officer, and Global Director of Operations at Arnold Worldwide, where he spent over two decades partnering with teams working with such clients as Hershey’s, Progressive Insurance, and Jack Daniel’s. He now oversees the finance and operations departments, working with clients like Bank of America, Fireball, Frontier, and BMW Motorrad. -
Avin Narasimhan

As our Chief Strategy Officer, Avin gives shape to our strategic product, guiding our teams to original and disruptive approaches that unlock category-altering and culture-shaping ideas. Joining Hill Holliday at the start of 2022, he is tasked with elevating our output; finding new opportunities at the intersection of media, technology, and creativity; and ultimately delivering strategies and plans that grow our clients' brands and businesses — today and tomorrow. Prior to joining Hill Holliday, Avin was the CSO at media agency PHD, where he helped drive new business wins and client growth for brands such as Volkswagen, Red Bull, Cole Haan, Diageo, Humana, and CHANEL. Avin's leadership helped PHD become one of the most creatively awarded media agencies in the US. Earlier in his career, Avin worked at several iconic creative and innovation agencies, including R/GA, Arnold, Modernista!, and Fallon. He has worked on a range of brands, including Google, Audi, Mastercard, SAP, Product (RED), Progressive, and Purina. Avin’s work building strategic products that have transformational impact on the trajectory of business has been recognized by the Effies and the Jay Chiat Awards. -
Linda Bennett
Managing Director
Linda is Managing Director for Hill Holliday Health. She has been working in the industry for more than 3 decades across both HCP and consumer assignments. Her experience ranges from large specialty brands such as HUMIRA to rare diseases. Her relevant experience includes JARDIANCE, RYBELLSUS, OMNIPOD, EYLEA and ELIQUIS. She enjoys leading teams to provide solutions for HHH clients and has been leading the expansion of Hill Holliday Health’s HCP capabilities. When not at the agency rolling up her sleeves to dig into her clients’ business challenges, she loves spending time outdoors with her family and dog. -
Kevin Daley
EVP, Group Creative Director
A long-time creative lead at Hill Holliday, Kevin has overseen integrated campaigns for a diverse roster of clients, including Major League Baseball, Dunkin’ Donuts, Newsweek, Cadillac, Anheuser-Busch, and Liberty Mutual, to name just a few. His work has won virtually every award in the industry, from Cannes, The One Show, and Communication Arts to Clios, Kellys, and MITX. And he himself was recently recognized by Archive International as one of the preeminent art directors in the country. -
Lindsay Blanch
EVP, Director of Decision Science
Lindsay currently leads the Decision Science practice at Hill Holliday. She brings over 15 years of experience using data and technology to drive measurable results for client businesses. During her time at HH, she has led analytics engagements across a variety of industries with a relentless focus on helping clients make data-inspired advertising and marketing decisions. Her experience driving business growth spans retail, QSR/CDR, telecom, auto, insurance/finance, CPG, health care, and education, for which she won the Ad Club’s Media Maven Award for the Best Use of Research. Lindsay holds a B.A. from Williams College and an M.B.A. with Distinction in Business Analytics from Bentley University. -
Jocelyn Molla
EVP, Group Media Director
Jocelyn is an EVP, Group Media Director with 23 years of industry experience – 12 of those years with Hill Holliday. She leads a department of integrated media strategists as well as our digital media activation team. Prior to joining Hill Holliday, she worked as a media planner/buyer planning and executing high-profile campaigns for brands like McDonald's and Volkswagen. She brings a channel-agnostic view, having experience in comms strategy, strategic media planning, and performance media. She has experience across multiple verticals, including retail, healthcare, CPG, QSR/CDR, and banking. -
Leslie Gileo
EVP, Group Media Director
Leslie has over 18 years of media planning experience and has developed and executed media strategies for a wide range of clients. She currently oversees media planning for Havertys Furniture, SEI, Insulet, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, and Visit Greenville. In addition to these accounts, Leslie has worked on a variety of retail, healthcare, travel, and packaged goods clients, including Dunkin’ Donuts, Party City, Chili’s, HomeGoods, Great Wolf Resorts, CVS, T.J. Maxx, TripAdvisor, P&G, and Dunkin’ Donuts Coffee here at Hill Holliday Media. Prior to joining Hill Holliday, Leslie worked at ISM Travel and Leisure Marketing, where she helped to launch a multimedia campaign for one of the fastest-growing international airlines, Emirates. In her spare time, Leslie enjoys running, swimming, spinning, and spending time with her two kids.
