CEOJill is the founder and CEO of Juniper Park\TBWA, its design studio, Le Parc, precision marketing company, Scalpel, and content production company, Bolt Content. She works with leading brands including Apple, Capital Group, CIBC, GoDaddy, Nissan, PepsiCo, and UNICEF. Jill was named one of Canada’s Most Powerful CEOs by Women’s Executive Network, as “Women to Watch” by Ad Age, and as Canada’s "Mad Woman" by The Globe & Mail. Her team has won multiple awards including 2021 Effie Agency of the Year, 35 Effies, and 61 Cannes Lions. She is on boards including Effies Canada, Young Presidents Organization (YPO), and is Vice Chair of the Institute of Communications Agencies (ICA). Previously, Jill co-created Kraft Food’s award-winning North American CRM initiative and has held numerous brand management and marketing roles. Jill is a graduate of Queen’s University School of Business, a sub-4-hour marathoner and proud mother to her swimming-champion daughter, Olivia.
PresidentWith more than 25 years of experience, David combines brand leadership with a laser-focused action orientation. He leads both Juniper Park\TBWA’s account team and internal operations, which ensures projects are built as efficiently as possible. Prior to Juniper Park\TBWA, David was Managing Director at Zulu Alpha Kilo and Grip Limited in Toronto, as well as Managing Director of TBWA\Paris.
Chief Strategy OfficerFor 22 years Des has been leading brand strategy in the UK and South Africa, and as global partner across the TBWA network. As of 2022 he has taken the role of Chief Strategy Officer at Juniper Park TBWA, Toronto. Des has extensive experience working agency and client-side across financial services, telco, entertainment, alcohol, non-for-profit, retail, and local regional, provincial, and global organizations. His diverse category experience has allowed him to mold strategy into a growth driver that brings business needs and consumer insights together.
Chief Creative OfficerWith over 25 years of experience, Graham joined Juniper Park\TBWA in 2017 from South Africa where he had served as a very successful Chief Creative Officer for six years. Graham owns a decorated history of success, including thirty three Cannes Lions and sixteen D&AD Pencils. Since joining Juniper Park\TBWA, Graham has transformed the agency’s creative department, anchoring creative with strong data-driven insights, coupled with modern production capabilities. Graham has been an instrument in driving creative excellence on CIBC, Capital Group, and Nissan.
Managing Director of Integrated ProductionSteve Emmens is a well-respected veteran in the commercial advertising industry with over 30 years of experience. He has worked with a number of top agencies across North America with many accolades and awards to his name. Steve sits on many industry-related committees and currently holds positions on the Institute for Communication Agencies Production Leadership Team, ACTRA Negotiating Committee, and the Canadian Federation of Musicians Negotiating Committee (CFM).
Creative Director, DesignNathalie has spent over 20 years in the advertising and design industries. She brings extensive hands-on experience in corporate identity, branding design, editorial design, and art direction, as well as retail environment design, motion and film making.
