Whether developing early pre-commercialmarket-shaping programs for prelaunch brands, or promotional ecosystems for brands at the end of their patent life, Ari leverages data-driven insight to deliver strategic value. Greg’s true passions lie in building, coaching and mentoring high-performance teams.     Carl brings 20 years of research, strategy, and analytics experience to Klick. He is obsessed with finding unorthodox approaches to strategy, creating unique stories for brands, and developing inspired strategy teams. Prior to Klick, Carl was the Managing Partner, and Chief Strategy Officer of Razorfish Health, leading their Brand Strategy, Experience Strategy, and Research and Analytics teams. Carl has led strategy teams at many other agencies, including Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness, J. Walter Thompson, and Palio. His teams have been responsible for HCP and DTC strategies behind many of the most successful recent Global launches in oncology, immunology, rare disease, and infectious disease. Carl has significant experience in growing vaccine brands. At Publicis Health, he oversaw the agency strategy teams focused on the Sanofi Pasteur Adult, Pediatric, and Flu Vaccines Portfolios.

    As Chief Medical Officer, Holly’s responsibilities include overseeing the industry’s largest medical group integrated across a single agency. This very experienced team is responsible for uncovering scientific truth through their broad expertise in science and regulatory, medical strategy, medical communications, scientific innovation, and value, access and reimbursement. Holly’s team assumes responsibility for understanding the clinical aspects in depth to discover unique offerings and believes in the importance of shaping the brand-building process as early as possible: forming the scientific narrative, the language included in the label, and identifying where the brand plays in the buying process. Throughout her pharmaceutical marketing and scientific career, Holly has touched a vast array of therapeutic areas. Her focus has been curating teams that become the ambassador of the molecule—bring the voice of the brand/molecule to market—through developing content and implementation of a variety of medical education, strategic, and creative programs. Her career has focused on brands in early development throughout those in mature stages of lifecycle. Just before Holly entered into medical communications, she was a Howard Hughes Medical Institute Research Associate at the Center for Advanced Biotechnology and Medicine, located on Rutgers University’s Busch Campus. Holly has a PhD in cell and molecular biology from the University of Pennsylvania.

    As the Chief Creative Officer, Rich has been a Global leader in healthcare for almost 20 years.  He has built stand-alone healthcare offices in Europe, North and South America and APAC. Rich has also helped lead international creative teams from hubs in the U.K., Brazil and Japan. Over the years, he has developed multiple processes to adapt big, Global campaigns with Regional sensitivities. Before joining Klick 3 years ago, Rich spent almost a decade as the Global Chief Creative Officer of the FBC Health Network. Agencies under his supervision have won “Most Creative Agency” at the Manny Awards 8 times, “Healthcare Network of the Year,” “#1 Health and Wellness Agency 2018” and “Healthcare Agency of the Year 2017” at the Cannes Lions Festival. He was also named to MM&M’s and PR Week’s “Health Influencer 50” list in 2018 and he served as Jury President for the 2018 Pharma Lions at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Most recently, Rich was inducted into the DTC Hall of Fame. Before making his move to healthcare, Rich had a standout career in consumer advertising and his work has been honored by the Effies, Lions, One Show, Art Directors Club, Addys, and Clios. The “Can You Hear Me Now” campaign slogan he wrote for Verizon is in the Advertising Walk of Fame and his work for Canon is a part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art.

    Jennifer began her career in communications over 20 years ago at Ogilvy in New York, having completed a biomedical degree at Rutgers University in New Jersey. A native of New Jersey/New York, Jennifer moved to the EMEA region 17 years ago and has led teams across all regions ex-U.S. and today serves as the Managing Director of Klick's EMEA team. She has worked across the spectrum of all therapeutic areas. Specifically in women’s health, she worked on the first oncology DTC launch of Nolvadex, the launch of Lunelle, and the global launch of Betaseron.   Beyond category knowledge, Jennifer has also developed expertise on the international front within CRM, DTC, omnichannel, and brand defence/LTV strategy planning. She now utilises her brand experiences to create global solutions with her clients, looking at ways they can create personalised communications by building upon their internal CDP and tech stack. Jennifer believes in the power that data and technology can bring to drive the next generation of health conversations, and she is excited to be able to take her clients on that same journey!  Jennifer helps coordinate regional and global business for clients by connecting local business leads to the regional and global teams. She has led teams regionally and globally and has developed processes to help facilitate regional/global rollout plans with both time and cost efficiencies.  Jennifer likes to donate her time to help create change in health. She has found various ways to do pro bono work with platforms that include the UN, other NGOs, and academia to help drive support for women’s health and victims of sexual abuse and violence. When she is not busy with all of the above, she spends time renovating her red Citroën 2CV with her 11-year-old son, Raffaele.

    Mitchell has more than 25 years of experience in helping brands achieve market-first marketing/communication initiatives and oversaw many digital transformation projects across Asia. Growing up in Singapore, he has spent 13 years of his career in Hong Kong and China, where he helped many Fortune 500 clients achieve their regional marketing objectives. These goals included uncovering new opportunities to exceed business objectives in North Asia.   Mitchell has held numerous leadership positions, including Managing Director Asia Pacific for Omicom’s global B2B agency, Managing Director of Havas Hong Kong, and most recently, Managing Partner at Ogilvy Singapore.   A grounded business partner with a positive mindset, Mitchell brings real-world experience and innovative ideas/solutions to address a wide range of business, marketing, and communication challenges.

With more than 28 years of leading agencies in Brazil and projects in Latin America, Roberta also has a vast experience with Global Clients in several segments. Before joining Klick, she served as managing director of Havas CX Brazil, where she was responsible for leading the Digital and Consumer Experience practice, integrating CRM, Digital Transformation Processes, Performance and Mkt automation implementation (B2B and B2C), E-commerce, Data and Mar-tech platforms. Based in São Paulo, Roberta helps lead the LATAM operation, bringing end-to-end services to Klick’s clients globally.

    Amy is a cross-cultural marketing thought leader and a champion for health equity with over 20 years of experience helping Fortune 500 companies and leading not-for-profits communicate effectively with diverse consumers. Amy spearheads the creation of relevant and impactful communications for the segments driving growth in the U.S. today: Hispanic, Black, Asian, and LGBTQ+, and develops Global cross-cultural strategies that drive relevance across markets.  Amy is an adjunct professor at CUNY’s City College Campus, where she teaches Cross-Cultural Marketing and Advertising Planning. She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and PhD from Stanford and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian. Early in her career, Amy managed the adaptation of Global marketing materials for clients including Medtronic, Disney, and State Street Financial. Before joining Klick, she led cross-cultural initiatives for Prevnar 13, and currently serves as the Cross-Cultural lead on Merck Vaccine Confidence.

    Paroo is the managing director of Klick’s Consulting practice. She has over 25 years of life sciences industry experience in multiple therapeutic areas. The consulting practice focuses on women’s health and nutrition science supporting clients to grow by expanding portfolios, channels, geographies, and business models. She works closely with clients to identify their true objectives and pain points, then draws from the deep expertise of the diverse team to drive actionable solutions. Prior to joining Klick, Paroo held many roles at Baxter Healthcare, most recently leading the global strategy, marketing, launch, and commercial operations of a $2B portfolio. Paroo holds a Masters in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She is an alumnus of the Chicago YWCA board and a mentor at Chicago Matter Healthcare Incubator, as a business advisor to healthcare start-ups.
