"Okay to Say" is a simple message about how to address a serious problem.

Launched by LDWW in 2016, "Okay to Say" is addressing the stigma that surrounds mental health by creating awareness that mental health is just as important as physical health. We openly talk about most physical illnesses, but we don't typically address mental illnesses such as depression and anxiety in the same way. These illnesses can be treated, but the first step is that people need to know it is "Okay" to address these issues and ask family and friends for help!

Campaign engagement has touched every state and 30 countries in the first year.
