    Talk about upward mobility: Larry began his advertising career as a runner for Lewis in 1974, and today he owns the company. Larry leads the management team of all three Lewis offices and plays a key strategic role in our clients’ business. In many ways, you could say Larry’s personality is our agency’s personality: serious about success, but committed to make the process along the way fun and enjoyable. Larry has worked in virtually every position at Lewis, giving him an in- depth perspective on what makes a great client relationship work. Through the years, Larry has played a key leadership role on such brands as Seaside, Alabama Bureau of Tourism & Travel, Economic Development Partnership of Alabama, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Tiffin Motorhomes and Alfa Insurance.

    Chief Creative Officer

    Spencer’s energy and work ethic are the stuff of legend. He just might love this business more than anyone alive. He worked at large agencies in Atlanta and Birmingham before joining Lewis in 1987, where he quickly became the creative leader who spearheaded the agency’s growth. Spencer started the Birmingham office with Larry Norris and today leads the creative teams in all three Lewis offices. Spencer also plays a key role in crafting our strategies, because he believes that successful creative begins with a powerful human insight. Part of what makes Spencer unique is his hands-on approach to the work. He is no figurehead ECD. He’s a hands-on creative who continues to concept and craft ideas with our teams every day, and he has energetically embraced the agency’s shift to digital and social media. During his award-winning career, Spencer has worked with such brands as Seaside, Alabama Tourism, HGTV, Bellsouth, Coca-Cola, Vanderbilt University Medical Center and Alfa insurance.
