Under his leadership, along with his business partner Jon Seitz, the agency has grown into one of the top independent media agencies in the U.S. Prior to founding the agency in 1997, Ray was Media Director at two of the Mid-Atlantic’s largest advertising agencies, Earle Palmer Brown/Philadelphia and GKV in Baltimore, MD. He was responsible for over $100MM of media at each agency and was recognized as a leading media professional in the marketplace by the Philadelphia Ad Club in 1996. Ray was recognized as one of the key business and civic leaders under the age of 40 by the Philadelphia Business Journal in its annual "40 Under 40" listing in 2002. Ray currently serves on the Board of the YMCA of Greater Philadelphia and was the recipient of the Good Scout award for the Communications Industry given by the Cradle of Liberty chapter of the Boy Scouts of America. Ray is a graduate of West Virginia University, and presently lives in Philadelphia, PA.
