    Norman brings a unique set of experiences to the agency, combining the best of both client and agency worlds along with a forward-looking perspective on the marketing and media landscape. Prior to joining Norbella, Norman was CMO of marketing technology company Acoustic, where he helped build the brand, created the marketing team, built the demand generation program, and served as primary company spokesperson. Previously, he was SVP of Marketing for Carbonite, a leading data-protection and backup company for consumers, small businesses, and the enterprise. While there he expanded the brand from B2C to B2B, worked closely with numerous channel partners to establish GTM programs, and helped position the company for a successful acquisition. Norman came to Carbonite from leading independent digital agency Wire Stone (now part of Accenture Interactive), where he was part of the leadership team. He worked with clients that included Boeing, Microsoft, Motorola, and Nike. Earlier in his career, he held senior marketing roles at Microsoft and Oracle, along with positions at several technology startups. Norman holds a B.A. from the University of Rochester and an M.A. from Rice University.

    Greg’s 20+ years of marketing, media strategy, planning and buying experience encompasses a wide variety of B2B and B2C categories. He’s worked with local and national brands like: Exact Sciences, Cumberland Farms, Bose, Kaspersky Lab, Myriad Genetics, Uno Restaurants, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Legal Sea Foods, T.D. Bank, DCU, Jordan’s Furniture and New England Volvo. Greg was part of the creation and development of the first Jordan’s Furniture/Boston Red Sox integrated promotion, which broke all sales records as the Sox went on to win the World Series.

It is her vast knowledge and love of research and data that drove her to be the creative and insightful strategist she is today. She marries the best of both worlds in being both analytical and creative. She knows how to tie the message to the media in interesting ways that stand our and drive positive results. Jessica has lead the strategy and implementation MINDBODY, Arbella, Symmons Industries, NIC & ZOE, Tata Brands, ASU Online and Lahey Clinic just to name a few.

    Bob’s 20+ years of marketing and media experience includes positions at D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles in New York, Arnold Worldwide, Hill Holliday and as a principal at Fulgent Media Group, where he was part of the team that profitably grew the company for a sale to Alloy Media + Marketing in 2008. Bob has a knowledge like no other when it comes to everything and anything technical, including tools, systems, and data. He has an indisputable ability analyze, dissect and draw insights from research and clients data. He has lead our digital team to tremendous growth and has proven to clients time and time again that we can drive efficient results, blowing away projections. Bob has worked with notable clients that include American Express, Gillette, Procter and Gamble, Genzyme and Harvard Business School.
