A Procter & Gamble company, New Chapter has been focused on health for people and planet for over 35 years. A certified B-corp and the first vitamin company to go organic, New Chapter partnered with Questus to help differentiate the brand in a sea of sameness, reflecting the intention that goes into every bottle, and ultimately, increasing DTC revenue.

Questus helped New Chapter identify their core audience segments, then developed a DTC digital strategy to optimize engagement and conversion across the consumer journey. A key pillar in this strategy was a reimagined DTC e-commerce experience. Rooted in audience strategy and custom analytics tracking, Questus redesigned to reflect the brand ethos and optimize customer browsing, time on site, content engagement, shopping, and purchases.

With a new DTC site in place collecting custom audience data, Questus developed a holistic targeting and media strategy, reaching prospects and customers across full-funnel Programmatic, SEM, and social channels.
