My passion is all about our people, and I know I’m doing my job right when they are enabled to impact strategic outcomes for our clients. The magic happens when people work together - and it doesn’t matter if they’re in the same room or not. When I’m not working, you can find me behind the wheel of my single engine plane or having fun with my two-year-old daughter. -

Originally from the UK with a background in design, I’ve worked with many of the world’s leading brands and my passion for creativity extends across all forms. But at Razorfish, I strive to inspire clients and creative teams alike, to realize the limitless potential of all things digital. When we tap into this superpower we can transform the marketing experience, and build more memorable and meaningful connections between brands and people. In my downtime, ironically, my focus is all things analog. I dream of one day playing drums, being in a band, and making music. -

I’ve been with Razorfish for more than 13 years across two continents, and our progressive, collaborative, no bullsh*t culture has always felt like home. I joined the team after building my career with client, publisher and agency roles and love the perspective this brings to my work. Now I lead our North East Region, where I’m passionate about working with cross-functional teams to do market-leading, culture-changing work, including the award-winning Project #ShowUs campaign for Dove. In my downtime, I travel the world in search of aquatic adventure and any opportunity to auntie my six multinational nieces and nephews. -

Lisa is responsible for driving growth in the West Region—encompassing our Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Luis Obispo, Seattle, and Portland offices—while managing client relationships and teams. She's been driving business and growth efforts for Samsung Mobile since October 2020. A 15-year industry veteran, Lisa has built high-performance teams from scratch in a wide range of contexts, partnering with clients like AT&T and Sherwin-Williams in customer experience, digital transformation, brand ecosystem innovation, and more. Based in Los Angeles, Lisa loves yoga and cooking and enjoys a healthy dose of Ohio State Football, inspired by her Midwest roots. She brings a tenacity for client business growth and a dedication to our relationships internally and externally. -

In my downtime, I’m either practicing yoga or binge-watching Netflix. It’s really a toss up! -

I also get to work with some of my very best friends; and the collective knowledge and shared experiences of my team is an absolute game-changer in an industry that often undervalues a person’s longevity at any single agency. When I’m not at work, I’m Mom to Agostina, a vibrant little whirlwind, who constantly challenges me to play harder, create harder and revel in unchecked curiosity. -

As the client services lead for Razorfish, I always emphasize the importance of emotional intelligence to promote healthy relationships, especially when we are thinking through and navigating our clients’ challenges. Furthermore, coming from a place of respect and inclusion along with establishing a common purpose upfront helps guide the many decisions that will come. On a personal level, I seek to instill these values in my three children to equip them for life while also keeping it light; and sharing my favorite hobbies with them which makes me feel like being a kid all over again!
