Chief Creative OfficerCollectively, he’s been crafting work at RT for almost 20 years, with valuable stops along the way at Publicis, Cramer-Krasselt and McGarrah Jessee. Growing up in Texas and schooled at Atlanta’s Portfolio Center, his work has been recognized by all the biggest shows from New York to Cannes. When he’s not leading RT’s talented group in the office, he’s directing and negotiating with twin girls at home. Key client experience: AT&T, The Hartford, Porsche, AB InBev, Shiner Beer, Hyatt Resorts, Scottrade, Frost Bank, Wall’s Ice Cream.
Chief Executive OfficerAndrew joined RT as CEO in 2017, taking the baton from founder Tim Rodgers. An over 20-year veteran of agencies, he’s led award-winning, cross-functional teams for TBWA\Chiat\Day, Wunderman, Carmichael Lynch and Leo Burnett. He is the father/chauffeur/fan of two very active sportboys and husband to a very patient wife. Key client experience: Nissan, Porsche, Subaru, Best Buy, Delta Air Lines, Progressive Insurance, Allstate, Newell Rubbermaid, Jack Link’s Snacks.
Director of Brand LeadershipA 12-year veteran of RT, Laura brings 20-plus years of advertising and digital marketing experience. Her passion for creative problem-solving, innovative advertising and marketing work has kept her engaged over the years. The outdoors is Laura’s active playground for biking, hiking and snowboarding, with a particular passion for spending time in the mountains. Key client experience: AT&T, The Hartford, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Spectrum Brands, General Motors, Advil, Centrum, Robitussin, ChapStick.
Group Creative DirectorKay is one of the founding members of Rodgers Townsend and helped build it from an eight-person shop to the agency it is today. 21 years later, she still believes there’s no better place to work. Her happy place is at home with her two children, where there is always a tinkering project, a film in the works and a miniature cake in the oven. Key client experience: The Hartford, AB InBev, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Energizer, Dean Foods, Schnucks Markets, St. Louis Children’s Hospital.
Director of DesignIn his 20 years as a Design Director, Kris has designed for brand identities, logos and even a dragster. Outside of the office, Kris can be found enjoying the outdoors at his pool or camping with his family. More often, Kris can be found enjoying the indoors in numerous conference venues watching his two daughters’ dance recitals. Key client experience: AT&T, The Hartford, Anheuser-Busch, Luxco, Miller Brewing Co., Bacardi, Breyers Ice Cream.
