We are a privately owned design agency that specializes in corporate branding, design, and identity. Founded in 1996 by Jochen Rädeker and Kirsten Dietz, we have grown from our humble beginnings to an agency of 130+ employees, with our headquarters in Stuttgart and offices in Berlin and Shanghai. Attracting talent from Germany and beyond, our agency prides itself on the depth of experience, knowledge, and personality of our team. Truly understanding brands as well as the people behind them leads us to develop an honest and personal story for our clients.
