About
Terri & Sandy is an independent, certified women-owned communications agency in NYC whose mission is to bring clients big agency expertise faster, smarter and more cost-effectively. The agency was founded by Terri Meyer and Sandy Greenberg, who bring over 20 years of big agency expertise to our company.
In 12 years, Terri & Sandy has built a client roster that includes many of the most esteemed companies in the world, including The Walt Disney Company, Sanofi, Applegate, Ferrero Rocher, Nutella and more.
Our strategic capabilities include brand positioning, brand strategy, concept development, new product ideation, research planning & execution and creative strategy development.
From a creative standpoint, we develop integrated communications ideas (Big Ideas) that we execute across all media channels (TV, print, OOH, mobile, digital/social).
In 2020, we were named the most effective independent agency in North America by the Effie organization. And in 2017, Ad Age named us the Small Agency of the Year.

Terri Meyer
Co-Founder and CEO
After 25 years on Madison Avenue, Executive Creative Directors Terri Meyer and Sandy Greenberg left the big agency world with a fervent mission: To bring Big Ideas to clients in faster, smarter, more efficient ways. Together, Terri and Sandy have built brands for Mars, Kraft, Nestle, Campbell’s, Starbucks, and Time Inc.—many of the largest companies in the world. Yet their two names guarantee a level of personal service and a passion rarely found in today’s advertising world. Ask clients about Terri and Sandy and you will hear about their reputation for achieving startling success in the marketplace. While at FCB, for instance, they spearheaded the Oreo campaign “Milk’s Favorite Cookie,” which led to eight spots on Ad Age’s list of the Top Ten Most-Liked commercials of the month, an outdoor installation that made headlines in The New York Times, and a social media campaign that helped propel Oreo to the number two brand on Facebook. “Milk’s Favorite Cookie” was twice-named Kraft’s most successful global advertising campaign. At their agency, Terri & Sandy, the two have continued to forge great success on behalf of esteemed clients like Gerber, Disney, GSK, People Magazine, Freshpet, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Hain Celestial, Avon and Peeps marshmallow candy. In fact, Terri & Sandy was named the fourth Most Effective Independent Agency in North America by the Effie Awards in 2016 and Ad Age’s Small Agency of the Year Northeast Gold in 2015. Most recently, Terri & Sandy was awarded Ad Age’s top honor, Small Agency of the Year Gold for 2017. Over their careers, Terri and Sandy have won virtually every industry award, including eight Effies for marketing effectiveness. They also garnered the #2 spot on the Olympics for Oreo and the #9 spot on the Super Bowl for Planters. Their work has been featured on TBS Funniest Commercials, Conan, CNN, The View, Fox News, Access Hollywood, and Today. -

Tony Scopellito
Managing Director
Tony loves selling things. When he was a kid, he sold the other kids everything from plastic army men to tennis balls he fished out of the sewer. At some point, the light bulb went off and he realized he could do that for a living. And he has. Tony has spent over 20 years in account management at major ad agencies such as DMB&B, Lowe and FCB. And he’s had the opportunity to sell stuff that’s far more interesting than soggy tennis balls, working for clients such as Philips, Colgate-Palmolive, Mars, P&G, Starbucks, Gerber and many others. At FCB, Tony was the EVP, Global Account Director on the Kraft Foods business, running the second largest account at the agency. It was there that he met Terri and Sandy. And together they sold lots and lots of Oreos, Fig Newtons, Jell-O, Chips Ahoy! and Planters nuts. Tony recently spent a five-year stint as a Global Marketing Director at GSK Consumer Healthcare. For their Respiratory Health group, Tony launched several successful new products under their Breathe Right brand, and helped Breathe Right win a Bronze Lion at Cannes for its integrated sponsorship of California Chrome’s bid for horse racing’s Triple Crown. Tony also helped lead GSK’s Smoker’s Health team, running the marketing programs for Nicorette, NicoDerm and Niquitin brands. He developed key elements of the brand’s digital behavioral support program, and created the company’s first-ever mobile app to help people quit smoking. His efforts help reverse several years of declining sales for the GSK brands. Now Tony is back selling things at Terri & Sandy, and he feels like a kid again. -
