Marketing and e-commerce company Tinuiti has agreed to acquire connected-TV ad buying shop Bliss Point Media, the companies said, marking the New Mountain Capital-backed company’s second purchase in recent months.
Brands and ad-tech firms say the tech giant’s growing push to limit how users are tracked will hurt business, with some questioning the privacy rationale.
