    Chris Ciunci

    Founder & Managing Partner

An entrepreneur with over 15 years of marketing experience, Chris Ciunci founded TribalVision as a forward-thinking alternative to traditional marketing models. These outmoded models stressed tactics over strategy, commissions over flat fees, and a one-size-fits-all approach over treating each client differently. Today, Chris oversees TribalVision’s strategic direction, guides our distinct client-first philosophy and spearheads our business development efforts. Collaborating closely with our clients, internal team members and external partners, his comprehensive marketing strategies revolve around generating new business and strengthening a client’s overall marketing efforts. An active thought leader, panelist and featured speaker, Chris continues to share his knowledge and perspectives at varied events throughout the regional marketing community. These events include seminars, symposiums and workshops sponsored by colleges, universities, marketing-industry groups and general business organizations. In his leisure moments, Chris enjoys family time with his two sons: including hitting the batting cages, getting behind the wheel of a go-cart, and relearning his multiplication tables.

    Damien Cabral

    Partner & Co-Founder

A marketing executive with over 10 years of experience, Damien Cabral is a Co-Founder and Partner at TribalVision, an outsourced marketing department for hire with offices in Warwick and Boston. Motivated by his longstanding passion for marketing and his frustration with the conflict of interests inherent in the traditional marketing model, Damien co-founded TribalVision as a forward thinking alternative to the traditional advertising agency model. A unique hybrid of a marketing agency and a management consulting firm, TribalVision is uniquely positioned to serve as an outsourced marketing resource for small to mid-size organizations. As a Partner at TribalVision, Damien is called on daily to help address and solve the complex issues encountered by our valued clients and team members. His responsibilities include the conception of concise, clear strategies for lead generation and revenue growth; expert counsel for clients during those inevitable gut-check moments; and leadership of our 50+ team of seasoned marketers. Prior to launching TribalVision, Damien began his career doing intensive database work and advanced marketing analytics for a nationally recognized financial institution — overseeing the tactical deployment of a multi-million dollar marketing budget. This analytics background next served him well as Director of Online Marketing for one of the nation’s largest home remodelers — building direct-response lead generation campaigns with an innovative mix of traditional and non-traditional marketing channels. Under his leadership, TribalVision teams have helped our clients achieve tremendous performance improvement, including: - Increased revenues by 672% utilizing digital marketing channels for a large regional non-profit. - Generated over 1000 leads for a leadership development organization via content marketing and marketing automation programs. - Achieved a 76% more efficient cost per acquisition on recurring gift donation product for a large local nonprofit. - Devised and managed a digital marketing strategy for an education client seeking to promote its courses. Damien and his team drove in over $200,000 for the client’s flagship program alone, against a cost of only $7,000. An active member of the Providence business community, Damien was recently selected as one of the “40 Under Forty” by the Providence Business News, a listing of young professionals who are making a difference on a local, national, or international scale. One of the region’s bona fide gurus in digital and social media technology, Damien is frequently invited by forward-thinking companies and CEOs to share his perspectives on topics such as inbound marketing, interactive strategies/tactics and campaigns that drive leads in the real world. Damien holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Bryant University and earned an MBA from the University of Rhode Island. He is an active member of the local community. He supports local charities such as Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, The ASPCA, The Nature Conservancy, and Plan International. His favorite part of his job is seeing an idea be applied to the market and generating revenue for clients that was unrealized prior.
