This week, BBDO Chicago came together in one space for the very first time. To mark the start of this new era, we hosted a full day of celebration and connection. The day kicked off with BBDO CHI decor, swag, and our first all-agency meeting of the year where we showcased our best work and got to know our leadership team. We wrapped things up with an agency-wide community fair, giving everyone the chance to connect and sign up for Culture & Inclusion committees, employee resource groups, intramural sports, and BetterUp coaching.
