    It's World Mental Health Day, but we are lucky to have someone championing our wellness each and every day. Becky Dreps, Account Director on our Jack Health team out of our Chicago office, not only talks-the-talk when it comes to healthcare but she walks-the-walk (or is it stretch-the-stretch?🤣). After working in healthcare marketing during the day, she transitions to her other passion in healthcare – yoga instructing🧘☯️. Becky currently teaches in an array of ways: in a studio gym, on YouTube, at a retreat center, and here at Jack every Wednesday morning at 9AM Central. We are so grateful for her passion to make wellness a priority for our clients and our team!     As SVP, Group Finance Director at Jack Morton, Allison Kromer isn’t necessarily involved in the delivery of our Jack Health work as much as she is in the numbers, but her passion for the work we do is what has kept her at Jack for more than 12 years. Over the past few years, one of the things that’s excited her the most has been watching our healthcare practice bring to life incredible events, experiences, and internal communications that shine a light on new therapies, medications, and research – especially in oncology, a big part of the reason Allison’s heart is in Jack Health. “At 37 years old, I was diagnosed with breast cancer,” Allison shares. “I've been cancer free since that time, but I am incredibly grateful for the treatments I received. While I admittedly detest the medications I still have to take to reduce the chance of a recurrence, it's worth it all to be alive and healthy! Since then, I've been in awe of the breakthrough technology and medications that have been introduced to help not only treat breast cancer patients, but also help with early detection – and now prevention!” October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and one of the best ways you can support breast cancer patients and survivors like Allison is by donating to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation, the largest private funder of breast cancer research worldwide, which is dedicated to ending breast cancer by advancing the world’s most promising research. https://www.bcrf.org/
