When lūquire needed to replace a long-time creative partner, we didn’t post a job—we built an experience. MaxNeedsHelp.com was a virtual escape room disguised as a job application, designed to immerse candidates inside our copywriter Max’s brain. Part personality quiz, part endurance test, the site challenged participants to solve puzzles, decode clues, and prove they truly “got” how Max thinks.
