Building on the success of our first brand campaign—which saw an 11.3% increase in brand awareness—we followed up with a new digital tools campaign. 
Speaking directly to Millennials and Gen Z, our work explored three Northwest Bank digital tools: card lock, Early Pay and spending alerts. 
Using a mix of digital and traditional media, we created relatable, authentic moments to show how seamlessly Northwest Bank’s smart digital solutions integrate into everyday life. 
Good Dog follows the search for a lost wallet—touting the easy-to-use card lock feature while nodding to our always loyal furry friends.
