    Larry Fisher is the Chief Executive Officer of Rise Interactive and is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the business. With over 20 years of experience, his marketing expertise and roots in financial services have played a ​major role in the explosive growth of Rise as a data-driven agency. Prior to CEO, Larry was instrumental in developing Rise’s vision as President where he was focused on guiding the revenue-driving departments of the organization such as Account Management, Client Service, Marketing, and Sales. Through his leadership and customer-centric approach, he has helped expand the list of distinguished clients such as Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, ULTA Beauty, Stanley Steemer, and Atkins Nutritionals. Larry is a board member for the Michael Matters Foundation and Rise Interactive. He graduated from Syracuse University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. In between travel soccer games and walking their family dog Miley, Larry enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids.

    Howard Diamond is the Chief Strategy Officer at Rise Interactive. In his current role, he is responsible for managing global partnerships to create innovative solutions for Rise’s clients. Diamond also helps leading brands develop digital marketing strategies that drive efficiency and scale. Diamond brings to Rise more than 15 years of experience helping marketers achieve maximum results from their media and technology investments. Prior to Rise, he worked at (now Q Interactive), providing response-driven online marketing programs to more than 120 retailers nationwide including Disney, Kmart and J. Crew. Diamond also worked at Coe-Truman Technologies, leading the sales and marketing efforts for Catapult, a content management and publishing solution for retailers and distributors such as Ace Hardware and Diamond sits on the Board of Directors for the Center for Enriched Living, a non-profit organization focusing on the success of people with developmental disabilities. He earned a bachelor's degree in advertising from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

    Harris-Mooring brings more than 30 years of senior management experience in Human Resources, Employee Development, Change Management, and Diversity and Inclusion. Most recently, she served as the Chief Administrative Officer and Deputy Assessor at the Cook County (Ill.) Assessor's Office, focusing on overall strategic direction and developing processes that drove operational excellence. Prior to that, Harris-Mooring led HR Programs for First Midwest Bank as the Vice President of HR Project Management and Strategic Program Management.

    Brent Laufenberg is the Chief Technology Officer at Rise Interactive. He oversees all product management, product operations, and software engineering teams that create and manage Rise’s technology platforms to help clients gain a competitive edge. Rise is deeply invested in developing technology to enable digital marketers to be more effective and efficient while developing strategies to drive revenue. Laufenberg brings an extensive record of success leading agile product management, enterprise architecture, software engineering, and technical operations for a range of companies including Accenture, Allstate, and He helped several Fortune 500 companies drive growth through modernizing technology platforms and enabling new products to be brought to market while increasing efficiencies within their business units.

    Jeffrey Teitelbaum

    Jeff Teitelbaum brings more than 20 years of experience managing marketing investments to his role as Senior Vice President of Account Management at Rise Interactive. His ability to understand problems and create innovative, data-driven solutions enables him to deliver remarkable experiences while building and strengthening long-lasting client relationships. He leads the agency’s project management and account teams, leveraging a unique proficiency in improving performance and collaboration across teams. Prior to joining Rise, Teitelbaum spent 13 years at Discover Financial Services, one of the largest financial services brands in the United States. He held senior roles in a number of areas, and developed strategies across several disciplines including pricing, segmentation, modeling, product management, project management, competitive intelligence, marketing analytics, and strategic infrastructure. Using data as a guide, he played a major role in improving the customer experience for the brand’s customers. Jeff holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in entrepreneurship from DePaul University.
