Challenge
Prior to 2016, Zinus’ primary sales were as an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) through online partnerships (such as Amazon, Walmart, Sam’s Club, etc.), but with a shift in business strategy to sell mattresses direct to consumers online, a new brand and digital presence became crucial to their success.

Strategic Insight
We needed to create a compelling, visceral online interface that would replicate the experience of testing-out and buying a mattress in-store, and allow people to go beyond rational product specifications, and connect with the brand and product on an emotional level.

Creative Solution
Conceived, designed, and executed in 3D, the new Zinus.com gives users a firsthand look at the products and qualities that set Zinus apart. An ecommerce solution with a scalable back end system can support new product lines, marketing programs, and content types. And special care was taken to utilize a consistent visual language that supports the UI and confirms user actions throughout their shopping experience.
