Keith has also held executive positions at Ogilvy, Gyro (acquired by Dentsu, TYO: 4324) and CA Technologies. Chief Performance OfficerCindy Brown is the Chief Performance Officer at MERGE and is the founder and former CEO of Blue Moon Digital. Cindy’s extensive knowledge of digital marketing strategy, direct marketing, product management, and development in both domestic and international markets make her an indispensable leader. She is well known for her expertise in developing high-tech software for predictive database solutions in the retail, finance, and healthcare industries and leading clients successfully through their digital transformation journey. She has worked with brands such as Tapestry, VF Corporation, Giant Eagle, and more.
Chief Talent OfficerKerry leads the network’s People & Culture. She oversees learning & development, recruiting, performance management and benefits. Kerry is passionate about identifying talented people across diverse skillsets and growing careers. Her background in client service means she understands how work gets done. Troy has led the transformation of companies across categories and is especially at home in the digital space. He also has been a C-suite advisor to private equity firms, corporations and boards, and was one of the original equity analysts associated with the Google IPO.
Chief Operating OfficerMark brings his 25+ years of entrepreneurship to the day to day oversight of operations and corporate growth at MERGE. His passion for people has guided his approach on combining more than 20 marketing businesses as a leader at GA Communications, Sandbox and MERGE. Starting early in his career in technology sales he found himself becoming involved in his father’s Chicago based healthcare marketing firm. This began his quest in building a one of a kind independent marketing service business that is client-centric and people-focused.

Prior to MERGE, Nick served as Chief Growth Officer at Geometry, leading strategic growth and business development for North America, and was a member of Geometry’s executive committee. Nick’s expertise includes advertising, CRM/direct, digital, promotions, retail/shopper marketing, e-commerce and omnichannel integration for numerous brands including Bose, Coca-Cola, Comcast, Electrolux, Embassy Suites Hotels, HP, IBM, Intel, Lego, MolsonCoors, Nokia, P&G, Samsung, Sony, Sprint and Unilever. Pat has extensive experience building and executing commercial strategies as a client and began his career leading US Sales Training for Johnson & Johnson. He brings an MBA and over 25 years of marketing leadership experience to the agency having spent decades growing life science organizations in both biotech and medtech. Just prior to joining MERGE, Pat was Chief Commercial Officer for a global life sciences company and had responsibility for North America leading strategy while running sales, marketing, distribution and customer service. At MERGE, Pat helped lead and launch commercial strategies for Roche, Supernus Pharmaceuticals, Flexion Therapeutics, Momenta Pharmaceuticals, Boston Scientific, Medtronic, B. Braun and Cardinal Health among others.
PresidentAs president of MERGE West, Jean leads the business operations in the market and oversees client growth and success by setting business strategies, providing motivational leadership and managing the day-to-day operations of the region while partnering with the other regional presidents to help MERGE emerge in the industry as the leading independent agency. Jean is a passionate, results-driven leader with expertise in building and fostering strong client relationships and exceptional team performance. She enjoys mentoring rising stars and finding new and challenging opportunities for them to develop and grow. Her background stretches across Client Service, Operations and Project Management, with multichannel category experience ranging from life sciences to animal health, agriculture and finance.
CEOPatrick is an entrepreneurial and transformational executive who has been leading courageous leaps in the marketing services industry for nearly 30 years. As a c-level business leader at companies such as Leo Burnett Worldwide and Dentsu Aegis Network, Patrick sparked growth and innovation by modernizing capabilities, creating novel operating models and repositioning big iconic brands for Fortune 500 brands such as Samsung. Having managed marketing, operations and HR at $1B in scale, as well as having worked on the ground in 30+ countries, Patrick has an uncommon multifunctional and global perspective. Several years ago, Patrick set off on an entrepreneurial path with the vision of bending the industry in a new direction. Partnering with private equity companies, he led a number of buyout attempts valued at hundreds of millions of dollars. Additionally, Patrick has served on the boards of innovative public and private technology companies and has advised many private equity firms. Patrick holds an MBA in Finance, Marketing & Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago and a BA in Communications Studies from the University of Iowa.
