Omnicom is collapsing two agencies — 180 and adam&eveDDB New York — into a new agency called Lola USA, bringing the globally renowned Lola brand stateside for the first time. The move comes as the holding company accelerates plans to further streamline its network following its acquisition of IPG, after retiring heritage agency brands DDB, FCB, and MullenLowe last fall. About
Lola's DNA is rooted in a simple belief: crazy ambition makes serious things happen.
What began as an iconic creative agency in Madrid has evolved into a global micro-network of agencies connected by the conviction that the most impactful ideas come from challenging convention and aiming higher. We believe ambition is a growth engine, not just for brands, but for businesses, people, and culture.
That philosophy drives how we work across markets, bringing together diverse perspectives and talent from New York, Los Angeles, Madrid, and Sao Paulo to create bold, culturally resonant ideas that deliver real business impact. By combining a craft-obsessed mentality with strategic rigor, and leveraging Omnicom's expansive capabilities across media, PR, commerce, CRM, and technology, we help brands generate impact, social engagement and business results.
